The recovered physical evidence is consistent with the deceased being shot by this unknown individual with a silver gun, shooting indiscriminately in the direction of the deceased.

The medical examiner states that some of the injuries on the deceased is consistent with falling after being shot. The medical examiner does {NOT} label this murder as a close range gun to head shooting. But this is what the prosecution attempted to portray to the jury with contradicting facts!

There is now 3D forensic technology to prove Jerrell's innocence. The fired projectiles may or may not be too damaged for testing, but that is the direction we are forcefully moving in. A conclusive 3D forensic testing result of certain fired bullets will exonerate Jerrell. The critical part is that Jerrell should of never had to stand trial against fabricated evidence or against an unfair trial.
